Signing a Contract

SERVICES

REGULAR INSPECTIONS & SECURITY CHECKS OF THE PROPERTY

  • We will check your property every two weeks for security issues, flooding, damage etc.

  • In the Winter period if we have any bad weather or storms your apartment will be checked more frequently.

  • On our regular visits to the property, we will air the apartment to help minimise damp/mould problems and reduce humidity levels.

KEY HOLDING SERVICE

  • We require 2 sets of keys to the property. Only the company staff have access to these, however we can make theses available for whom ever you request as long as you have sent us an email.

ARRANGE BUILDERS / CONTRACTORS WHEN REQUIRED

  • If you wish to change anything within your home we can arrange contractors.

  • When checking your home if we find any problems, we will send an email with photographs of any damage or repairs that require attention, we can then obtain a quote from a contractor to fix the problem.

  • Further quotes can be obtained if required.

ARRANGE ALL INSURANCES

  • We can arrange all the required insurances, including mandatory earthquake insurance and household contents.

BILL & COUNCIL TAX PAYMENTS

  • We will pay all of the utility bills, Council taxes and site maintenance on your behalf and obtain receipts.

ARRANGE CLEANING

  • We have our own cleaning service for our customers. Our cleaners can provide a range of cleans from a quick flick to a deep spring clean, just let us know what your home requires and we will provide this for you.  

AIRPORT TRANSFER

  • We can arrange airport transfers to and from your holiday home. We also have baby seats and car seats on request at no extra cost.

EXTRA

  • We are here to help support you and your guests in anyway we possibly can. We can do a little task of ordering a gas bottle for your arrival to being there when an emergency occurs. We provide a 24 hour emergency number. Anything at all you need we shall try our best to help in anyway we can.
